Reports:

• Mark gave a financial report that reported the Group has $250.34 in the account.
• It was agreed that the group would request the department match the funding supplied by UMPA.

• The position of office bearers was voted upon. Elections are by nomination (from any member), followed by a vote of simple majority. The results of the elections are as follows:
• Treasurer: Tim Bell (nominated Mark Brown, seconded Tyson Dowd) unaminously elected.
• President: Michael Mahemoff (nominated Peter Ross, seconded David Jeffery) unaminously elected.
• Secretary: Anthony Senyard (nominated Inga Stizmann, seconded David Overton) unaminously elected.
• A proposal to reaffiliate with UMPA was proposed by Mark Brown, seconded by David Jeffery and unaminously passed.
• A proposal to change the signators to the bank account from the old office bearers to the new office bearers was proposed by Mark Brown, seconded by David Jeffery and unaminously passed.
• A proposal to hold another meeting for the funding application was proposed for Monday 29th March at 3:15 by Tyson Dowd, seconded by David Overton and passed unaminously.
