1. Discuss the two additions to group constitution

1. Raymond Wan proposed acceptance of the reports, Bevnie seconded, passed unanimously

• The position of office bearers was voted upon. Elections are by nomination (from any member), followed by a vote of simple majority. The results of the elections are as follows:
• Treasurer: Thrishul
• President: Zhou Wang
• Secretary: Bernie Pope

• Anthony Senyard proposed the motion to reaffiliate, Peter seconded, passed unanimously
