Actions:

• That the last meetings minutes be accepted was moved by David Jeffery and seconded by Andrew Turpin.
• It was pointed out that some clarification was needed for the election process. Elections are by nomination (from any member), followed by a vote of simple majority at a general meeting.
• There have been three Friday lunches so far. They have achieved their main purpose, so it was decided to carry on with the way things have been done.
• Due to the lack of any difficulties, the application for the next funding round will be the same as the last one.
