Actions:

• Mark gave a brief report on the process of reaffiliation.
• Michael proposed that he review the application forms for reaffiliation and if a simple matter he would send them in. It was also decided that if any issues arose that Michael wanted to refer to the Group then the application would be delayed until a discussion had taken place. This motion was seconded by Anthony Senyard and passed by the Group.
