Actions:

• Minutes from last meeting accepted.
• General agreement that pizza lunches has continued to be successful. Todays lunch was very well attended by both post graduates and staff members.
• Financial situation was relayed by Michael according to earlier conversation with Tim. Approximately, $280 has been spent this quarter on pizza lunches and cakes for afternoon tea.
• A meeting will be held tomorrow to organise an AGM sometime early in the new year.
