Items of Business:

• Ryan welcomed everyone to the new committee for 2006
• The upcoming postgraduate afternoon tea was discussed. It was agreed that Ryan would shop for food/drink on Monday afternoon. Since it is to be the first event for the new committee, Alauddin suggested getting a cake as well as the usual chips & biscuits.
• UMPA re-affiliation was due today. Alauddin and Ryan agreed to meet with Olivia March immediately following the meeting to finalise the financial statement for 2005/06.
• Alauddin informed the committee that they should keep the receipts for any purchases they make on behalf of CSSEPG, and he will reimburse them from the CSSEPG bank account.
