Meeting Opened: 2:30 pm.

Items of Business:

• The disappointing turnout at the previous afternoon tea was disucussed. Ryan suggested that a 'gimmick' was required to rekindle interest in the activity, and other members agreed. Ryan proposed hot donuts as one option. The commitee decided that Ryan would shop for the next afternoon tea and would be responsible for selecting a suitable gimmick.
• Kapil raised the idea of an event to celebrate the end of the year, and proposed doing something more special than normal. The group agreed to canvas opinions from other postgrads and arrange a date in consultation with other faculty groups.
• Ryan noted that he would send out emails to further the planning of the CSSEPG's ongoing events, such as Chess Competition and Day Trip.
