Meeting Opened: 2:40 pm.

Items of Business:

• There was discussion on wrapping up stuff before the next committee takes on. The AGM was planned to be held on 19th March at around 12PM (giving enough time for sending out notices). The committee settled on getting pizzas and sushi for lunch.
• Ryan also volunteered to take care of the next postgrad tea promising to bring some new stuff to welcome the new postgrads.
• The pending chess competition and the prize money for it were discussed followed by discussion on the short trip. Ryan promised to check the day trips run by UMPA, to decide on subsidizing the fee for CSSE postgrads.
• Kapil brought the idea of getting participation certificates for all CSSEPG members from UMPA/ CSSE Department. Everyone liked this idea and Ryan decided to follow it up.

Next meeting: Possibly a handover meeting with the new committee.
