1. Welcome to the IGM of Computer Science Departmental Group.
2. Show of hands to accept the constitution.
3. Election.
   • President (executive)
   • Secretary (executive)
   • Treasurer (executive)
   • Committee member 1 (non-executive)
   • Committee member 2 (non-executive)
   • Committee member 3 (non-executive)
4. Bank account to be signed by two out of three executive members.
5. Show of hands to affiliate to UMPA.
6. The constitution states that the committee meets at least twice a semester. Propose the following committee meeting times for 1998.
   • Tea room, 3:15 pm, Monday, 4 May 1998
   • Tea room, 3:15 pm, Monday, 3 August 1998
   • Tea room, 3:15 pm, Monday, 5 October 1998
7. Any other business.
