1. Chi Keen Low will provide an overview of why we are affiliating with UMPA.
2. The suggested name for our departmental group is Computer Science Departmental Group.
3. The aims of departmental group.
   • To enhance the academic and professional life of Computer Science Postgraduate Students.
   • To provide academic support to fellow postgraduates and thus foster communication of research ideas and collaborations.
   • To encourage social interaction of students within the Department.
4. Please refer to the model constitution suggested by UMPA.
5. The details of the IGM is as follows.
