Hi all, The CSSEPG is currently in the process of planning some events for this year, and we'd like your input as to what you would like to do. We have developed a short survey covering your opinion of our events so far, what events you would like to participate in, and your ideas regarding the postgrad seminar series. To complete this survey, print this page and please circle your responses to eaach question. Some answers require you to provide extra information - just add that underneath the question. Unless instructed to select one answer only (question 1, 2 and 4), you can select as many answers as you like for each question. Unless marked "(Optional)" (question 6), all questions should be answered, with the exception of 2-1 and 2-2 - please answer one of these only.
